I had a fantastic time with this family! The mom loves art, antiques, jacadi clothes, and black and white photographs, so of course we got along quite well. It meant so much to her to have her children's spirit captured. Even at the session she was overjoyed to see some of the expressions that I was able to get from them...and I think it's safe to say that she was over the moon at the results! Her final prints should be arriving any time now, and I know that she can't wait to see them framed on her walls!
This series of three squares will be hung together. It might be my favorite wall gallery from the session...but, as usual, I have too many favorites!
Yael was a delight to work with - so full of spunk and girly charm...
The photographers out there will nod in agreement that nine year old boys are not always the easiest to photograph...but Ari and I hit it off right away. (I'm certain that me having three boys helps me quite a bit - it is totally my territory!) Ari is such a smart kid - not only when it comes to football, but he knows all about geography and history too!
Little Naomi gave me a run for my money! It is no surprise that the toddler crowd can be both unpredictable and fast-moving, but I was up for the challenge and love the results. She is such a gorgeous baby!
Love this one!
Finally, I know that mom was worried that we wouldn't get any decent shots of the three kids together. I ended up with a bunch of great ones, but these ones particularly bring a smile to my face.
Thanks again C family - I hope you had a great vacation! Your portrait collections will be arriving very soon! :)
